I just came across this Mashable post covering the news that Napster signed a deal with all major labels to distribute DRM - free files instead of protected WMA files. This could be called some sort of final nail in DRM's coffin to quote the author of this post.
We quite often receive feedback about the support for protected AAC files (purchased in the iTunes store). To be honest we currently don't have any intentions to support these "infected" files - maybe this will change one day but right now please stick to formats like the popular MP3 format or unprotected WMA files. Of course you can also try to convert the files on your own computer, please do a Google research for this issue.
